Doodlebugz is pleased to offer on site art enrichment programs. Schools may choose between our 4 or 5 week programs,we will come to you with the supplies and transport the projects back and forth from our studio to your students! You choose the day of the week and the hour and a half time block that fits your schools schedule, generally this is run as an after school program.

The 4 week program is as follows:
Weeks 1 and 2:
The focus is on clay creations!! Each student will be given 1 pound of clay during week 1 and taught techniques for sculpting it into coil pots, slab pots, sculptures, and more! The possibilities are endless! Week 2 students will apply glazes to their fired clay product after instruction on the different glazes and application techniques.
Week 3:
Students will learn the amazing art of glass fusing! Tools and techniques will be discussed as well as the different types of glass. Students will create either a sun catcher or a night light.
Week 4:
The final week the focus will be on painting techniques for bisque pottery.
The 5 week program carries the same format for weeks 1-3 with an additional glass fusing project week 4 when students will create either a key chain or pendant. Week 5 will focus on painting bisque pottery.
